As we enter the new year, Just Add Power would like to reiterate our commitment to supporting our staff, customers, and the global community during the ongoing pandemic.
To ensure the safety of our staff and guests, we have installed an air purification system at Just Add Power HQ. Social distancing and masks are required throughout the facility, and we have provided hand sanitizer in multiple convenient locations.
We do not require our staff to be onsite, and many continue to choose to work from home. We are proud of our hardworking, dedicated team, who have ensured that there has been no impact to the quality of support our customers receive.
Due to rising COVID cases in Florida, we have decided to cancel onsite training for July 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide notice of additional cancellations as decisions are made.

Onsite technical training is cancelled for May 2020. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will announce any future cancellations as decisions are made.
Our technical support team is working remotely and will continue to do so until it has been determined safe for everyone to return to work. We are still available for phone technical support from 8am-8pm EST, Monday-Friday, and are also reachable by email.
The administrative team is also working remotely. We are still fulfilling orders, but to keep our staff safe there is only one employee in the building. We do not expect a delay in order fulfilment, but you will be notified if your order is for some reason delayed.
Just Add Power provides our staff with sick days and we encourage anyone who is ill to not work and focus on their health. This was our policy before this crisis and it will remain so afterwards.
